Tess Electric is pleased to offer the following revised quote to provide and install a new pump control panel for the Well 16 pump site. The existing pump control panel will be removed, others to dispose.
The new pump control panel will consist of the following items:
1. Pump panel 200HP, 460V, rated for 240 amps. Panel size will be the same size as the existing panel so that the existing conduits and cable can be reused and reconnected.
2. Includes 400A main breaker, Weg SSW900 series soft starter with internal shunting contactor. A 1.5KVA 240/120V transformer will be installed to provide control power and single phase power for the CL2 & Floride pumps.
3. Door mounted pilot devices include Stop/Start push buttons, ETM, SSW900 HMI, Fail light, Reset push button.
Also Stop/Start push buttons for the CL2 & Floride pumps. These pumps are all controlled locally by the operator.
No remote SCADA control is included with this quote.
4. Any foreign power routed through the panel will be rerouted through an added pull box. That way no foreign power will be live in the panel apart from any SCADA low voltage input status.
5. A set of control drawings for your records.

Well 31 Phase Shifting Auto Transformer replacement & New DLO Cable Installation
Tess Electric is pleased to provide the following proposal to supply and install [1] new Phase Shifting Auto Transformer and replacement of all damaged DLO cable located on the VFD side of the Pump control Panel. Included with this project is the following scope of work:
Tess Electric to remove existing auto transformer (others to dispose) A new auto transformer shall be installed in same location of existing auto transformer. The new transformer shall be a Toshiba Part # 56259
All existing damaged DLO cable (Sizes 373, 4/0 & 2/0) located on VFD section shall be removed. New cable shall be installed in the same manner as original cabling. All new crimp lugs and hardware shall be installed and used with the new DLO cable. The power cable is only replaced in the VFD side (section) due to the heat that is in the section because of the VFD power chassis.
Start up and confirmation of new equipment shall be performed after installation. Please note that as with all repairs, there may be unforeseen issues after the repair. Tess Electric is very confident that the transformer is the main problem. However, if any other issues arise after the repair, this will be charged as a change order.
**Tess Electric shall work with the city of Garden Grove in removing/ setting the auto transformers in/ out of building, if the city cannot assist in this, a change shall be made**
**Freight costs are included in price**
