Subject: Adoption of a Resolution reciting the fact of the General Municipal Election held on November 5, 2024, declaring the results and such other matters as provided by law. (Action Item)
OBJECTIVE
For the current seated Mayor and City Council adopt a Resolution certifying the results of the General Municipal Election held on November 5, 2024.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Attached is a Resolution recommended for adoption reciting the fact of the General Municipal Election held in consolidation with the General Election on November 5, 2024, with the Certified Statement of the Votes Cast and the Orange County Statement of Votes as provided by the Orange County Registrar of Voters as the Result of the Canvass.

None.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council:
Adopt the attached Resolution reciting the fact of the General Municipal Election on November 5, 2024.
