Provide One (1) 2024 or Newer Nissan Frontier SV, King Cab 4X2 SPECIFICATIONS: These specifications describe the requirements for the purchase of one (1) 2024 or Newer Nissan Frontier SV, King Cab 4X2. The City is not looking to lease the vehicle so bids that are based on lease agreements will be rejected.
CONDITION OF THE EQUIPMENT: The vehicle must be new. Used vehicles are not acceptable for this bid.
PRICING-LINE ITEMS (BID FORM ATTACHMENT B): Bidder shall offer a price for each line item requested. Should the bidder offer an item with the unit price blank, the City reserves the right to deem the bid as non-responsive. All pricing information must be entered on the City's PlanetBids portal. Paper bids will not be accepted for this bid opportunity in lieu of an electronic submittal. There will not be a public bid opening for this solicitation. Bid results may be requested via email only to Sandra Segawa at [email protected].
REQUEST FOR CLARIFICATION: All requests for clarification or questions, are to be submitted electronically via the City's Planet Bids portal, using the Online Q&A feature only by the deadline of Monday, December 16, 2024 at 9:00 a.m., local time.
Please note that the City will be closed from December 25, 2024 and will not reopen until Tuesday, January 2, 2025. During this time, staff will not be available to answer emails or phone calls regarding this bid.
ALTERNATES/SUBSTITUTIONS: The City is not accepting substitutions for this bid.
Substitutions will not be accepted and those bids that include alternate models or brands will be deemed as non-responsive.
DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS: Vendor is required to deliver to the City of Garden CITY staff may complete pre-delivery inspections and complete necessary scheduling arrangements prior to the delivery to the CITY.
DMV REQUIREMENTS: Dealer shall be responsible for all DMV correspondence.
DEALER QUALIFICATIONS: Dealer must be a factory authorized dealer.
