CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by Irrevocable Offer of Dedication of Public Street Right-of-Way Easement dated February 21, 2025, from HUNG TRAN & MAU VO FAMILY TRUST DATED MARCH 10, 2022, to the CITY OF GARDEN GROVE, a governmental agency and California municipal corporation, is hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the Garden Grove City Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 5605-78 of the Garden City Council, adopted on July 17, 1978, and the grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
