A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GARDEN GROVE APPROVING THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
ON SALARIES, WAGES, AND FRINGE BENEFITS FOR THE TERM 2025-2027
BY AND BETWEEN THE GARDEN GROVE POLICE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION
AND THE CITY OF GARDEN GROVE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GARDEN GROVE DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
1. That the Memorandum of Understanding on Salaries, Wages, and Fringe Benefits 2025-2027, by and between the Garden Grove Police Management Association and the City of Garden Grove, and signed by the President on behalf of the Garden Grove Police Management Association, and the Human Resources Director on behalf of the City of Garden Grove, is hereby approved.
2. That all prior Resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed so as to avoid all conflict.
