1 CITY OF GARDEN GROVE
AMENDMENT NO. 1
This Amendment No. 1 is made and entered into this __________________, 2025, by and between the CITY OF GARDEN GROVE, hereinafter referred to as "CITY", and THE SAYLER GROUP CORPORATION hereinafter referred to as "CONTRACTOR".
WHEREAS, CONTRACTOR and CITY entered into Contract No. P251924, dated November 12, 2024, to provide ongoing and on-call debris removal services, as outlined in the Delegated Maintenance Agreement (DMA) for the Caltrans Fencing Improvement Project (CFIP), project no. 1222000046/EA#0T410 (the “Existing Contract”).
WHEREAS, CONTRACTOR and CITY desire to amend the Existing Contract as provided herein.
Now, therefore, it is mutually agreed, by and between the parties as follows:
Section 3, COMPENSATION - shall be amended as follows:
Contractor shall be compensated in accordance with scope of work set forth in the Existing Contract. The contr act price is hereby increased by One Hundred Thousand Dollars and 00/100 cents ($100,000.00).
Except as expressly amended hereby, all of the terms and conditions in the Existing Contract remain in full force and effect as originally executed.
