GARDEN GROVE CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GARDEN GROVE APPROVING THE MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING ON SALARIES, WAGES, AND FRINGE BENEFITS FOR THE TERM 2025 -2027 BY AND BETWEEN THE ORANGE COUNTY EMPLOYEE’S ASSOCIATION,
GARDEN GROVE CHAPTER AND THE CITY OF GARDEN GROVE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GARDEN GROVE DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
1. That the Memorandum of Understanding on Salaries, Wages, and Fringe Benefits 202 5-2027, by and between The Orange County Employee ’s Association, Garden Grove Chapter and the City of Garden Grove, and signed by the President on behalf of The Orange County Employee ’s Association, Garden Grove Chapter, and the Human Resources Director on behalf of the City of Garden Grove, is hereby approved.
2. That the City Manager is authorized to approve language revisions to the Memorandum of Understanding that does not affect compensation or cause financial impacts to the City.
3. That all prior Resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed so as to avoid all conflict.
