A Request for Proposal “RFP S -1375” was advertised on July 1, 2025 for redundant direct internet access services. The requirements for this RFP were to include the infrastructure and services. On August 20, 2025, two proposers submitted multiple options that met the City’s RFP requirements.

A panel of three staff members evaluated the RFP proposals based on criteria of: Proposer Qualifications (50 points), Project Cost (40), and Completeness of Response (10). Both Crown Castle Fiber LLC and AT&T/Nobilite Communications, LLC provided solutions that best met all the City’s requirements.
