NOTE:
CPI-based Increase: Beginning on the 2nd anniversary of the Effective Date of the Agreement and annually thereafter, the hourly rates listed below shall be automatically increased based upon the annual increase in the Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics or successor thereof, Consumer Price Index (United States City Average, All Items (CPI-U), Not Seasonally adjusted, All Urban Consumers, referred to herein as the "CP"). Such an increase shall not exceed 4% per annum. Proposed adjustments to the rates will be submitted to the Community Development Director, in writing, no later than 45 days prior to the one year anniversary date of the Agreement, and prior to the one year anniversary date in any subsequent year. If the index decreases, the rates listed shall remain unchanged.
Payment Terms and Invoicing Instructions
Invoices will be provided on Interwest letterhead in the format requested. See the sample invoice that follows.
Interwest understands that payment will be net 30 days after receipt of an invoice in a format acceptable to the City and that invoices will be verified and approved by the City and subject to routine processing requirements.
Incomplete or incorrect invoices are not acceptable and will be returned for correction.
