• Tonight, the City Council will hold the public hearing for the Garden Grove Tourism Improvement District (GGTID) to
• Confirm the amended FY 2025–26 Advisory Report and Budget, • Approve the FY 2026–27 Advisory R eport and Budget, and levy the FY 2026–27 assessments following the Council’s February 24, 2026 declaration of intent. 3 Amendment No. 1 to the Fiscal Year 2025– 26 Advisory Board Report, approving modifications to the activities for Fiscal Year 2025-26 Amendment 1: Adds a $600,000 line item
to fund a portion of the transit shuttle
system, with hotels managing the shuttle
service contract.

• No changes are proposed to the levy of assessments or district boundaries. Assessments will remain the same for FY 2025–26 and FY 2026–27
7 • Conduct a public hearing regarding Amendment No. 1 to the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Annual Report and the proposed annual levy of assessment for Fiscal Year 2026-27;
• Receive the report from the City Clerk regarding any protests received; and
• Adopt the Resolutions confirming Amendment No. 1 to the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Annual Report and levying the assessment for the Garden Grove Tourism Improvement District for Fiscal Year 2026-27, assuming there is not a majority protest.
