AMENDMENT 4 TO
WEST YOST ASSOCIATES
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR SCADA IMPLEMENTATION
PROJECTS
THIS AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT between the CITY OF GARDEN GROVE and WEST YOST ASSOCIATES , is made and entered into, to be effective the 14th day of April, 2026, as follows:
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the City of Garden Grove (“City”) has employed West Yost Associates (“Consultant”) to provide program management for the SCADA Implementation Projects pursuant to that agreement dated September 24, 2020 (the “Agreement”); and
WHEREAS, the Agreement provided for the program management of the SCADA Implementation Projects; and
WHEREAS, Amendment 1 provided the additional Engineering Services for the design of Sanitation SCADA Upgrade; and
WHEREAS, Amendment 2 provided the additional Engineering Services for the design of the SCADA-related PFAS modifications for Well 19; and
WHEREAS, Amendment 3 provided the additional Engineering Services for the design of the SCADA upgrade for the remaining reservoir sites and the additional construction management support for the sewer lift stations SCADA upgrade construction project; and
WHEREAS, the City has requested that Consultant to perform additional services identified in the attached proposal ( additional Engineering Services for program management, design, and construction management for the SCADA upgrades at the reservoir sites and all the well sites with PFAS integration); and
WHEREAS, the City and Consultant have agreed to the proposal and to increase compensation to cover the additional services.
AMENDMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and mutual covenants contained herein, the Scope of Work is hereby amended pursuant to Attachment 1, incorporated herein by reference. Based on the amended Scope of Work, the total compensation amount of the Agreement is increased to a not to exceed amount of $4,521,107.42, which reflects an increase in compensation of $ 605,002.42 for Amendment 4 to cover the additional services to be provided by Consultant.

All provisions of the Agreement not affected herein shall remain in full force and effect.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment to the Professional Services for the Repair and R ehabilitation of Four Buried Water Storage Reservoirs – Phase I Project Agreement at Garden Grove, California.
