AMENDMENT NO. 1
This Amendment No. 1 is made and entered into this ____________ of__________, 2026, by and between the CITY OF GARDEN GROVE, hereinafter referred to as "CITY", and SILVERSTONE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY hereinafter referred to as "CONTRACTOR".
WHEREAS, CONTRACTOR an d CITY entered into Contract No. P260883, dated September 9 , 202 5, to provide comprehensive property and facility management services including but not limited to, vendor list procurement, regular mai ntenance servicing, routing inspections, equipment warranty management, site security monitoring through assigned CCNC software and security systems, and 24/7 availability and response to incidental repairs and maintenance emergencies on an “as - needed” basis for the Central Cities Navigation Center located at 13871 West Street, Garden Grove, CA 92843, as needed (the “Existing Contract”).
WHEREAS, CONTRACTOR and CITY desire to amend the Existing Contract as provided herein.
Now, therefore, it is mutually agreed, by and between the parties as follows:
Section 3.1., COMPENSATION - shall be amended as follows:
3.1 Amount. CONSULTANT shall be compensated for the services provided under this Agreement pursuant to the fee structure described in Exhibit “A” of the Existing Contract. Total compensation payable by CITY to CONSULTANT under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars and 00/100 cents ($200,000.00) for the current term and all subsequent option years thereafter.
Except as expressly amended hereby, all of the terms and conditions in the Existing Contract remain in full force and effect as originally executed.
