AMENDMENT NO. 2
To: Provide Construction Management Services for the Woodbury Park Revitalization and Expansion Project (WPRE) per RFP S-1335.
This Amendment No. 2 to Provide Construction Management Services for the Woodbury Park Re vitalization and Expansion Project (WPRE) per RFP S -1335, is made and entered into this ____ day of ___________ 2026, by and between the CITY OF GARDEN GROVE , hereina fter referred to as "CITY", and Z&K Consultants, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "CONTRACTOR".
WHEREAS, Contractor and CITY entered into Contract No. P251343 effective November 12, 2024.
WHEREAS, Contractor and CITY desire to amend the Existing Contract as provided herein.
Now, therefore, it is mutually agreed, by and between the parties as follows:
Section 3: Compensation - shall be revised as follows:
The contract price is hereby increased from $508,452.00 to $589,296.51 , an increase of $ 80,844.51, for the continuation of construction m anagement services, per Attachment A.
Except as expressly amended hereby, the Existing Contract remains in full force and effect as originally executed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused this Amendment No. 2 to the Existing Contract to be executed by their respective officers duly authorized on the date first written above.
