RESOLUTION NO. ___

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GARDEN GROVE ADOPTING A REVISED MANUAL OF PROCEDURE (2026 EDI TI ON)

WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Garden Grove desires to update its procedural manual and comprehensively cover all matters concerning council meetings, including procedures for participation of Council Members and the general public during the same.

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council does hereby repeal Resolution No. 9776-22, and does hereby adopt the Manual of Procedure, City Council Meetings (2026 Edition), which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
