This quote is valid for 30 days from date of quotation. Due to the recent tariff announcement from the U.S.
Government, effective for shipments made on or after April 21, 2025, certain finished goods and products containing imported components or materials maybe subject to price adjustments commensurate with th e cost impact. Old VFD: VFAS1-4132KPC-HN (40.2”H x 13.8”W x 14.6”D) New VFD: VFAS3-4110KPC (33.5”H x 12.7”W x 15.4”D) Note: MCC depth clearance is 16”, which will allow for the new AS3 drive to fit.

Exclusions
Unless otherwise noted, Sulzer excludes any work not listed in the scope of work above, including but not limited to, installation, interconnection power cables between MSB, MCC, generator, and motors. RTU/PLC & HMI Programming.
Generator and Generator breaker, Sinewave Filter. No other MCC control panels or motor disconnect switches, oversized motor junction boxes, building security, lighting, and controls. Breaker adjustments, valves, supports. Any third-party testing or instrumentation. All programming related to the supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system. Installation of mechanical inline devices. Demolition. Any extended warranty shall be provided by manufacturer only, Sulzer will not provide the extended warranty.
Lead Time
We are diligently working with our partners to expedite supplies, delays are being anticipated. Unless otherwise noted, the following lead times are to be expected.
Submittals: 4-6 weeks
Payment Terms
Sulzer will receive periodic progress payments for Work performed, materials in place, suitably stored on site, or as otherwise agreed to by the Owner and the Contractor. Progress payments are made provisionally and do not constitute acceptance of Work not in accordance with the Contract Documents. Sulzer will not process Change Order work until all parties execute the Change Order and payment is agreed upon by the owner and contractor.
Schedule of payment, based on total contract value, will be as follows, Net 30 days.
1) 30% on contract execution
2) 20% on receipt of approved submittals
3) 35% on receipt of materials at Sulzer shop
4) 15% on delivery of equipment

Any increase in Seller’s cost of transporting the Goods arising after issuance of this order caused by any change in law, reg ulation, tax, tariff, customs duty rate, throughput fee or otherwise shall be grounds for a change order and shall be charged to Bu yer.
Unless otherwise agreed in a previous agreement, this quote and our delivery is subject to the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS O F SUPPLY AND SERVICE SULZER Electro Mechanical Services (US) Inc. which are available on the Sulzer website (https://www.sulzer.com/en/shared/legal/terms-and-conditions)
The quoted price is valid for 30 days from date of quotation. Sulzer warranty applies to defects in Sulzer supplied parts and workmanship only. If the customer chooses not to repair this item, there will be an inspection charge. Thank you for the opportunity to quote this project.
