PUBLIC COMMENT : The City Council will hear from th e public on any item on the agenda or any item of interest that is not on the agenda at the following times:
Agenda Items – At the time the City Council considers the item or during Oral Communications
Non-agenda Items – During Oral Communications
Public Hearings – At the time for Public Hearings listed on the Agenda If you wish to address the Council, please complete a “Speaker Request” form and present it to the City Clerk or Sergeant of Arms. You will be called to the podium b y name when it is your turn to address the Council. The City Council cannot legally take action on any item not scheduled on the Agenda. Such items may be referred for administrative action or scheduled on a future Agenda. Members of the public wishing to address the City Council will be given three (3) minutes to speak.
4. Staff Recommendation: Staff respectfully recommends that the Council approve the Purchase and Sal e Agreement for the acquisition of 15016 Daphne Avenue / 15016 Nader Place, Gardena CA 90249 (APN: 4064-023- 024), and direct staff to file the attached Notice of Exemption pursuant to Categorical Exemption Guidelines section 15061(b)(3) -commonsense exemption.

Staff Recommendation: Staff respectfully recommends that the Council approve the Purchase and Sale Agreement for the acquisition of two parcels located at 1112 W. Gardena Boulevard, Gardena CA 90247 (APNs:
6111-004-032,033), and direct staff to file the attached Notice of Exemption pursuant to Categorical Exemption Guidelines section 15061(b)(3)-commonsense exemption.

5. ADJOURNMENT
The Gardena City Council will adjourn to the Closed Session portion of the City Council Meeting at 7:00 p.m. followed by the Regular City Council Meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 12, 2023.
