The meeting was called to order by Mayor Blankley at 6:00 PM.

2. CITY COUNCIL CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN WORKSHOP
2.1. Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Year 2024 through Fiscal Year 2028
City Administrator Forbis provided a brief introduction to the item. Public Works Director Jordan provided staff presentation and responded to Council Member questions.
Mayor Blankley opened Public Comment.
Luis Ramirez requested for Council to fund a master plan for the Parks and Recreation Division.
There being no further speakers, Mayor Blankley closed Public Comment.
3. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned by the Mayor at 6:26 PM.
