City Clerk Kim Mancera reported on the Posting of the Agenda.

3. CITY COUNCIL STUDY SESSION
1. Fire Service Evaluation Study Session: Current State of the Gilroy Fire Department and Future Service Delivery Options
Fire Chief Rob Fleeup provided a presentation and report.
Mayor Bozzo opened public comment at 10:31 A.M.
Doug Muirhead commented on next gen 911 video calls and the ability to separate EMS from rolling big trucks to fight fires.
With no additional speakers, Mayor Bozzo closed public comment.
City Administrator, Matt Morley shared that there will be another discussion this calendar year to bring additional information including data on annexation and the cost associated with that, as well as what the contract options are and the numbers associated with these items. Matt stated that the decision fits nicely into a prioritization and budget conversation and as we look at the future budget.

2. Capital Improvement Program Study Session
Public Works Director John Doughty provided a report and presentation.
Utilities Director Derek Cray provided a report and presentation.
Mayor Bozzo opened public comment at 12 P.M.

4. ADJOURNMENT
With no additional business before the Council, the meeting was adjourned at 12:01 P.M.
