The Special Meeting of the Glendale City Council convened in the Council Chambers, in said City, at 3:10 p.m. on the above date, pursuant to a call for such meeting signed by the City Clerk of the City Council, and on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is as follows:

A SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING of the Housing Authority is hereby called to meet at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, in the Council Chamber, 613 E. Broadway, 2nd Floor, Glendale, CA 91206 to consider the following item(s) of business, to wit;
1. Presentation – Mayor’s Commendation: Deborah Rhoads (Kane Ballmer Berkman Law Group) for her Retirement
2. Community Development, re: Housing Authority Execution of an Affordable Housing Agreement, Ground Lease and Easement Purchase Contract Associated with 900 E Broadway, L.P., a California Limited Partnership created by Meta Housing Corporation, for a Proposed 100% Affordable Senior Housing Project (Citrus Crossing) on Housing Authority Owned Land at 900 E. Broadway a. Housing Authority Resolution Approving an Affordable Housing Agreement and Ground Lease with 900 E Broadway, L.P. for Housing Authority owned land at 900 E.
Broadway in Glendale, California 91205;
b. Housing Authority Motion Approving an Easement Purchase Contract with 900 E Broadway, L.P. and Harrower Village, L.P., a California Limited Partnership created by Abode Communities, developer for 920 E. Broadway; and c. Housing Authority Resolution of Appropriation in support of Citrus Crossing, a 100% affordable rental senior housing project
