5. CITY COUNCIL/STAFF COMMENTS
Council Member Agajanian expressed his concerns on the outcome of the vote on last Tuesday’s meeting regarding the Grayson Power Plant item.
Council Member Brotman asked staff to provide a report on SB-1255 – Dishwasher Grant Program for k-12 schools and colleges. Najarian seconded.
Council Member Kassakhian asked staff when will Council hold in-person meetings. City Manager Roubik Golanian provided his comments. Fire Chief Silvio Lanzas provided a brief update on mask mandates.
Mayor Devine announced that today is International Women’s Day. Shannon Currie Holmes and Anahid Oshagan received the Courage Award - Heart and Excellence Award from YMCA.
