The Joint Meeting of the Glendale City Council and Glendale Housing Authority convened in the City Hal Council Chambers, in said City, at 3:10 p.m. on the above date, pursuant to a call for such meeting signed by the City Clerk of the City Council, and on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is as follows:

A SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING of the Joint City Council and Housing Authority is hereby called to meet at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, in the Council Chamber, 613 E.
Broadway, 2nd Floor, Glendale, CA 91206 to consider the following item(s) of business, to wit;
1. CLOSED SESSION
a. Conference with real property negotiators. Agency negotiators attending the closed session are: Roubik Golanian, Michael J. Garcia, Gillian van Muyden, Philip Lanzafame, Jason Bradford, Onnig Bulanikian, Mark Berry, Peter Zovak, Mike Fortney, and Michelle Shahnazarians. Instructions to the negotiator(s) will concern the price and terms for the acquisition of real property.
Property No. 1 Location: 120-132 N. Glendale Ave. Negotiating parties: Glendale Investments LLC / Murray S Pepper.
Property No. 2 Location: 332-346 W. Cerritos and 341 Mira Loma. Negotiating parties: Kefalonia Holdings, LLC.
Property No. 3 Location: 426 Piedmont Avenue. Negotiating Parties: Berg Senior Services, LLC
Written Notice of said meeting was given, which Notice consisted of a copy of the foregoing Call, and was served on each Member of the Council not joining in the Call, and upon the in said City not less than 24 hours before the time fixed in said Call for said meeting, as follows:
