SPECIAL MEETING: GLENDALE CITY COUNCIL

The Special Meeting of the Glendale City Council convened in the Council Chambers, in said City, at 3:05 p.m. on the above date, pursuant to a call for such meeting signed by the City Clerk of the City Council, and on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is as follows:

A SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING of the City Council is hereby called to meet at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, in the Council Chamber, 613 E. Broadway, 2nd Floor, Glendale, CA 91206 to consider the following item(s) of business, to wit;
1. Community Development, re: Update on the Preservation and Reuse of City Owned Property Located at the Former Rockhaven Sanitarium– 2713 Honolulu Avenue (APNs: 5610-024-900 thru 910) and Direction on Preferred Next Steps a. Motion directing staff on preferred next steps regarding the preservation and reuse of the former Rockhaven Sanitarium located at 2713 Honolulu Avenue
2. Police Department, re: Acceptance of additional funding from the United States Department of Homeland Security, 2019 State Homeland Security Grant Program, in an amount up to $150,000
a. Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an Amended Agreement with the County of Los Angeles for the award of additional funds under the FY19 SHSGP Grant Program
b. Resolution of Appropriation in the amount of $150,000 Written Notice of said meeting was given, which Notice consisted of a copy of the foregoing Call, and was served on each Member of the Council not joining in the Call, and upon the in said City not less than 24 hours before the time fixed in said Call for said meeting, as follows:
