The Joint Meeting of the Glendale City Council and Glendale Housing Authority convened in the City Hal Council Chambers, in said City, at 4:02 p.m. on the above date, pursuant to a call for such meeting signed by the City Clerk of the City Council, and on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is as follows:

A SPECIAL JOINT PUBLIC MEETING of the City Council and Housing Authority is hereby called to meet at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, in the Council Chamber, 613 E.
Broadway, 2nd Floor, Glendale, CA 91206 to Consider the Following Item(s) of Business, to wit;
1. CLOSED SESSION
a. Conference with real property negotiators. Agency negotiators attending the closed session are: Roubik Golanian, Michael J. Garcia, Gillian van Muyden, John Takhtalian, Jason Bradford, Onnig Bulanikian, Mark Berry, Peter Zovak, Mike Fortney, and Michelle Shahnazarians. Instructions to the negotiator(s) will concern the price and terms for the acquisition of real property.
