The Special Public Meeting of the Glendale City Council convened in the City Hall Council Chambers, in said City, at 2:50 p.m. on the above date, pursuant to a call for such meeting signed by the City Clerk of the City Council, and on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is as follows:

A SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING of the City Council is hereby called to meet at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, in the Council Chamber, 613 E. Broadway, 2nd Floor, Glendale, CA 91206 to consider the following item(s) of business, to wit;
1.Community Development, re: Request for Approval of Stage II Final Design Review and Development Agreement for a New 294-Unit, 24-Story Multi-Family Residential Project – “Lucia Park”, located at 620 N. Brand Boulevard and 625 N. Maryland Avenue
a. Resolution Adopting the Sustainable Communities Environmental Assessment and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program for the Lucia Park Project b. Motion to Approve Stage II Design Review
c. Introduction of Ordinance for Development Agreement
d. Motion Continuing the Matter until June 28, 2022 and Directing the City Attorney to Prepare Findings in Support of Denial of Stage II Design Review Written Notice of said meeting was given, which Notice consisted of a copy of the foregoing Call, and was served on each Member of the Council not joining in the Call, and upon the in said City not less than 24 hours before the time fixed in said Call for said meeting, as follows:
