The Joint Meeting of the Glendale City Council and Glendale Housing Authority convened in the City Hal Council Chambers, in said City, at 2:06 p.m. on the above date, pursuant to a call for such meeting signed by the City Clerk of the City Council, and on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is as follows:

A JOINT PUBLIC MEETING of the City Council and Housing Authority is hereby called to meet at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, in the Council Chamber, 613 E.
Broadway, 2nd Floor, Glendale, CA 91206 to Consider the Following Item(s) of Business, to wit;
1. Community Services and Parks, re: FY 2022-2023 Proposed Annual Action Plan for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and HOME Investment Partnerships Act (HOME) Programs a. Council Resolution adopting a Final Negative Declaration b. Council Motion to approve a FY 2022-2023 CDBG, ESG, and HOME Annual Action Plan totaling $3,529,800; authorize submission of the Annual Action Plan to the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), as recommended by the CDBG Advisory Committee and modified by staff, and the Glendale Homeless Continuum of Care Board; and authorize the City Manager, or a designee, to redirect excess, cancelled, or unused program funds under $50,000 from one project to another with CDBG Advisory Committee approval
c. Housing Authority Motion to approve a FY 2022-2023 CDBG, ESG, and HOME Annual Action Plan totaling $3,529,800; and authorize submission of the Annual Action Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), as recommended by the CDBG Advisory Committee and modified by staff, and the Glendale Homeless Continuum of Care Board
2. Community Development, re: Adoption of the FY 2022-23 Glendale Housing Authority Budget with Approval of a Professional Services Contract Amendment with Emphasys Software
a. Council Resolution Making Findings and Approving Expenditures of Low Moderate Income Housing Asset Funds for Administration and Planning and Expenditures Outside Redevelopment Project Areas for the FY 2022-23 Housing Authority Budget b.
