The Joint Meeting of the Glendale City Council and Glendale Housing Authority convened in the City Hal Council Chambers, in said City, at 3:06 p.m. on the above date, pursuant to a call for such meeting signed by the City Clerk of the City Council, and on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is as follows:

A JOINT PUBLIC MEETING of the City Council and Housing Authority is hereby called to meet at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, June 28, 2022, in the Council Chamber, 613 E. Broadway, 2nd Floor, Glendale, CA 91206 to Consider the Following Item(s) of Business, to wit;
1.Community Development, re: Amended and Restated Letter of Loan Commitment with LINC Housing and National CORE
a.Council Resolution of Appropriation in the amount of $6M for additional funding of 515 Pioneer Drive
b.Housing Authority Motion to Authorize the Executive Director to Execute an Amended and Restated Letter of Loan Commitment
2.CLOSED SESSION
a.Conference with Real Property Negotiators. Agency negotiators attending the closed session are: Roubik Golanian, Mike Garcia, Gillian van Muyden, John Takhtalian, Peter Zovak, Mike Fortney, Michelle Shahnazarians, and Jason Bradford. Instructions to the negotiator(s) will concern the price and terms for the acquisition of property
