Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that the City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized to execute an amendment to the professional services agreement with Peraton/Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation in the amount of $160,296 to increase funds for Automatic Voice Dispatch (AVD) Connection and Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) hardware refresh and maintenance. Said amendment shall be in a form approved by the City Attorney.
