The Joint Meeting of the Glendale City Council and Glendale Housing Authority convened in the City Hal Council Chambers, in said City, at 3:12 p.m. on the above date, pursuant to a call for such meeting signed by the City Clerk of the City Council, and on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is as follows:

A JOINT PUBLIC MEETING of the City Council and Housing Authority is hereby called to meet at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, in the Council Chamber, 613 E. Broadway, 2nd Floor, Glendale, CA 91206 to Consider the Following Item(s) of Business, to wit;
1. Community Development, re: Authorization of Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) Application and Adoption of PLHA Plan
a. Council Resolution Authorizing the Application and Adopting the PLHA Plan for the Permanent Local Housing Allocation Program
2. Community Development, re: Affordable Housing Agreement and Ground Lease Associated with Linc-CORE Pioneer LP, created by LINC Housing Corporation and National Community Renaissance of California, for a Proposed 100% Affordable Senior and Small Family Housing Project on Housing Authority Owned Land at 515 Pioneer Drive
