Council Member Brotman , that the City Council of the City of Glendale:
4: Has reviewed and approves the Glendale Continuum of Care (CoC) Board’s recommendation of funding reallocation for the Emergency Solutions Grant — Coronavirus Round 1&2 (ESG-CV1 and CV2) in the amount of $358 000, funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and authorizes the City Manager or a designee to execute all agreements, amendments, certifications, and documents necessary to accept and implement the funding recommendations thereto.
2. Authorizes staff to submit the FY 2019-2020 Annual Action Plan Substantial Amendment to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
