Community Development, re: Establishment of the Burbank-Glendale- Pasadena Regional Housing Trust, a Joint Powers Agency, Created Pursuant To Senate Bill No. 1177, and Appointment of Council Member to Serve as a Representative to the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Regional Housing Trust Board, Along with a Designated Alternate
