Council Member Kassakhian , that the Council of the City of Glendale hereby authorizes the City Manager, or a designee, to execute a Standstill Agreement (City Density Bonus Agreement) with rental restriction float-up provisions for 515 Pioneer Drive between the City of Glendale and California Housing Finance Agency, in substantially the same form as attached as Exhibit 1 to the April 18, 2023 Report to the Joint Meeting of City Council and Housing Authority of the City of Glendale.
