Broadway, 2nd Floor, Glendale, CA 91206 to consider the following item(s) of business, to wit;
1. Community Development, re: Authorization of California Housing Finance Agency Form Standstill Agreements Containing Rental Restriction Float-Up Provisions for 515 Pioneer Drive
a. City Council Motion Authorizing the Approval of a California Housing Finance Agency Form Standstill Agreement (City Density Bonus Agreement) with Rental Restriction Float- Up Provisions for 515 Pioneer Drive; _ b. Housing Authority Motion Authorizing the Approval of a California Housing Finance Agency Form Standstill Agreement (HOME Agreement) with Rental Restriction Float-Up Provisions for 515 Pioneer Drive; and c.
