The Special Public Meeting of the Glendale City Council convened inthe City Hall Council Chambers, in said City, at 2:27 p.m. on the above date, pursuant to a call for such meeting signed by the City Clerk of the City Council, and on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is as follows: : )

A SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING of the City Council is hereby called to meet at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, in the Council Chamber, 613 E. Broadway, 2nd Floor, Glendale, CA 91206 to consider the following item(s) of business, to wit;
1. Community Development, re: Adopt Plans and Specification and Advertise for Bids for the Artsakh Avenue Arts & Entertainment District Improvement Project, or Direct Staff to Negotiate an amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Studio 111
a. Resolution adopting the Plans and Specification No. 3893 for the Glendale Arts and Entertainment District Improvements on Artsakh Avenue Project and directing the City Clerk to advertise for bids :
b. Motion authorizing staff to negotiate a professional services agreement amendment with Studio 111 in order to incorporate new design and construction documents to accommodate ‘expanding the sidewalk on the westside of Artsakh, north of Harvard Street, and to implement a plaza design involving closure of Artsakh between the Exchange parking structure entrances north of Broadway
Written Notice of said meeting was given, which Notice consisted of a copy of the foregoing Call, and was served on each Member of the Council not joining in the Call, and upon the in said City not less than 24 hours before the time fixed in said Call for said meeting, as follows: : )
