1. Community Development, re: FY 2023-24 Glendale Housing Authority Budget with Approval of a Professional Services Contract Amendments with Emphasys Software, Kane, Ballmer and Berkman, and Heritage Housing Partners
a. Care under the Housing and Homeless Incentive Program
a. Council Motion approving acceptance of grant funds in the amount of $132, 334.20 fromm Health Net,.LLC “the Health Plan” pursuant to Code of Federal Regulations, Title 42, Section 438.6(b), and funded by the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) Housing and Homelessness Incentive Program b. Council Motion approving acceptance of grant funds in the amount of $308,779.80 from the Local Initiative Health Authority for Los Angeles County, operating and doing business as L.A. Care Health Plan (L.A. Care) for the Homelessness Incentive Program Investment
c. Council Resolution of Appropriation to appropriate grant funds totaling $447,114 from Health Net LLC and L.A. Care Health Plan
