The Special Public Meeting of the Glendale City Council convened inthe City Hall Council Chambers, in said City, at 4:04 p.m. on the above date, pursuant to a call for such meeting signed by the City Clerk of the City Council, and on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is as follows:

A SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING of the City Council is hereby called to meet at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, in the Council Chamber, 613 E. Broadway, 2nd Floor, Glendale, CA 91206 to consider the following item(s) of business, to wit:
1. City Attorney, re: Authorization to Join Public Risk Innovation, Solutions, and Management (PRISM) Joint Powers Authority and Annual Insurance Policy Renewals for Fiscal Year 2023-2024
a. Resoiution authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute a Joint Powers Agreement (JPA) with PRISM and memoranda of understanding for PRISM’s General Liability Program 2 and its Excess Workers’ Compensation Program b. Motion authorizing the annual renewal of liability insurance policies for the City's property, excess liability, workers' compensation, cyber liability, and other miscellaneous coverages for 2023-24 fiscal year, in an amount not-to-exceed $7,724, 283.97
2. Public Works, re: Professional Services Agreement for Parking Management Services .@. Resolution dispensing with competitive bidding and authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an amendment to professional services agreement (PSA) #C105715A with Modern Parking, Inc. for parking management services for four downtown Glendale parking facilities, extending the PSA duration for one year, and increasing the amount by $2,869,524 . |
