The Special Public Meeting of the Glendale City Council convened in the City Hall Council Chambers, in said City, at 3:30 p.m. on the above date, pursuant to a call for such meeting signed by the City Clerk of the City Council, and on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is as follows:

A SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING of the City Council is hereby called to meet at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, in the Council Chamber, 613 E. Broadway, 2nd Floor, Glendale, CA 91206 to consider the following item(s) of business, to wit;
1. Community Development, re: Use of City Days at the Alex Theatre: Wild Honey Foundation
a. Motion to approve use of one of twelve annual City Days at the Alex Theatre for Wild Honey Foundation’s Unforgettable Sunrise event on September 30, 2023 and to cover the costs associated with labor and additional equipment rentals at the Theatre for the day
2. Public Works, re: Slow Streets Pilot Program Evaluation a. Motion authorizing the discontinuation of the Slow Streets Program and affirming the City’s commitment to addressing traffic safety needs in the community Written Notice of said meeting was given, which Notice consisted of a copy of the foregoing Call, and was served on each Member of the Council not joining in the Call, and upon the in said City not less than 24 hours before the time fixed in said Call for said meeting, as follows:
