M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale hereby authorizes:
1. An increase of $10,000,000 in the contingency for the Demolition and Site Improvement for contract, Contract No. 8002075, with Silverado Contractors, Inc. (Silverado), for the Grayson Repowering Project (RFP No. 3905), for the reasons set forth in the November 14, 2023 Report by the General Manager of Glendale Water & Power. The Contract’s total contingency, with the increase, must not exceed $15,443,747.
2. The City Manager, or his designee, to execute Contract Change Order(s) which must be consistent with the additional work.
