M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale hereby authorizes the City Manager, or a designee, to enter into and execute Amendment No. 1 to the City’s existing Professional Services Agreement - Contract No. 8002155 (PSA) with ARB, Inc. (ARB), to increase the not to exceed amount by $330,000 and to add the following to the PSA’s scope of work relating to the Grayson Repowering Project Balance of Site (BOS) Engineer Procure Construct (EPC) contract: 1) develop an indicative construction cost for the Wartsila Power Island, and 2) perform the necessary engineering to support and prepare procurement documents for long lead electrical equipment and 3) then obtain formal quotations, for a new not to exceed amount of $630,000. The City Manager, or a designee, is authorized to execute said Amendment No. 1 subject to approval by the City Attorney.
