MOTION
Moved by Council Member _____________, seconded by Council Member __________, that upon review and consideration of all materials in connection with the Stage I preliminary design submittal for a proposed new 858-unit, 858,000 square-foot multi-family development contained in two 380-ft. high towers over a podium level, to be located at 601 North Brand Boulevard, Glendale, California (Case No. PDR 000628- 2022), the City Council approves the Stage I preliminary design, as outlined in the November 14, 2023 staff report from the Director of Community Development, subject to staff recommendations contained therein or attached hereto, and subject to Council comments thereon.
