Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that the City Council of the City of Glendale has reviewed and approves the FY 2024-2025 CDBG program priorities, the FY 2024-2025 Proposed CDBG Funding Allocation Plan by funding category, and issuance of an RFP to community agencies for CDBG public social services and capital improvement projects, as further explained in the November 14, 2023 Report (including its attachments and exhibits) to the Joint Meeting of the City Council and Housing Authority of the City of Glendale.
