Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that the City Council of the City of Glendale has reviewed and approves the reprogramming of $169,290.27 in U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant–Coronavirus Round 1 and Round 3 (CDBG-CV1/CV3) funds received under the CARES Act of 2020, returned from various programs, as recommended by the CDBG Advisory Committee; authorizing submission of the FY 2019-2020 Annual Action Plan Substantial Amendment to HUD; and authorizing City Manager or a designee to execute all agreements, amendments, certifications, and documents necessary to carry out the reprogramming of the funds, as further explained in the November 14, 2023 Report to the Joint Meeting of the City Council and Housing Authority of the City of Glendale.
