MOTION
Moved by Housing Authority Member ____________________________, seconded by Housing Authority Member ___________________________, that the Housing Authority of the City of Glendale has reviewed and approves a substantial amendment to CDBG, ESG, and HOME Annual Action Plans for program years 2018-2019 and 2021-2022; authorizes submission of the substantial amendments to the Annual Action Plans to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and authorizes the City Manager, or a designee, to redirect excess, cancelled, or unused program funds under $50,000 from one project to another with CDBG Advisory Committee approval, as further explained in the November 14, 2023 Report (including its attachments and exhibits) to the Joint Meeting of the City Council and Housing Authority of the City of Glendale.
