MOTION
Moved by Council Member _________________________________, seconded by Council Member _____________________________, that the City Council pursuant to the information provided in the November 14, 2023 staff report from the Director of Community Development pertaining to a review of the Downtown Noise Ordinance Standards and Enforcement, hereby directs staff to conduct a Noise Ordinance Study in the Downtown Specific Plan area and modify enforcement within the area until such time as the study is completed.
