MOTION
Moved by Council Member _________________________________, seconded by Council Member _____________________________, that the City Council hereby notes and files the update regarding the entitlement and code review process presented by the Community Development Director at the November 28, 2023 City Council meeting, and provides staff direction on additional elements to review and on developing alternatives to improve the entitlement and code review process.
