MOTION
Moved by Council Member , seconded
by Council Member , that the Council of the City of
Glendale hereby:
1. Accepts the grant award from the Clean California Local Grant Program in the amount of $4,998,000.
2. Authorizes the City Manager, or a designee, to execute a construction contract – subject to approval by the City Attorney – with Toro Enterprises, Inc., for the Permeable Alley Project, Specification No. 3954, for the amount of $8,345,145.
3. Authorizes a 10 percent reserve for contingency, equal to $834,515.
