Moved by Council Member __________________________________________, seconded by Council Member ________________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale hereby accepts the Recreation Access Competitive Grant Program ID# RAP02 (“Grant”) funds in the amount of $252,755.46 from the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) or Metro for the Nature Education Program at Stone Barn Nature Center in Glendale’s Deukmejian Wilderness Park - LACMTA Recreation Access Competitive Grant Program for Fiscal Years (FY) 2023-24, 2024-25, and 2025-26, and authorizes the City Manager or a designee to execute all agreements, certifications, and documents necessary to accept and implement the Grant, as outlined in the Report to Council dated November 28, 2023.
