Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________________, that the City Manager or his designee to amend the agreement with Digital EMS Solutions, Inc. for the provision of annual maintenance, support, updates, upgrades, and licensing to extend the term annually for the life of the software so long as the funds are approved through the annual budgeting plan.
