MOTION
Moved by Council Member and seconded by Council Member that upon review and consideration of the request by the owner of the property of 1326 N. Maryland Avenue to list said property on the Glendale Register of Historic Resources and authorize a Mills Act Contract between the Owner and the City, the Council hereby denies said request.
