A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING SPECIFICATION NO. 3972 AND PLAN NO. 6979 TO
FURNISH MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, AND LABOR FOR PARK MANOR SLOPE
REPAIR AND DEBRIS MITIGATION PROJECT AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK
TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE:
SECTION 1. The specifications and plans, on file in the Glendale Water & Power Department – Water Engineering Office, to furnish materials, equipment, and labor for Park Manor Slope Repair and Debris Mitigation Project, including the various documents incorporated therein, are hereby approved, adopted, designated and shall hereafter be known as Specification No. 3972 and Plan No. 6979.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise for bids for work, equipment and materials described in Specifications No. 3972 and Plan No. 6979 adopted by this Resolution.
