The Special Public Meeting of the Glendale City Council convened in the City Hall Council Chambers, in said City, at 3:03 p.m. on the above date, pursuant to a call for such meeting signed by the City Clerk of the City Council, and on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is as follows:

A SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING of the City Council is hereby called to meet at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, in the Council Chamber, 613 E. Broadway, 2nd Floor, Glendale, CA 91206 to consider the following item(s) of business, to wit;
1. Community Development, re: Alex Theatre Annual Report a. Note and File 12-Month Alex Theatre Update and Provide Direction regarding Utilization of City Days at the Theatre
2. Community Development, re: Update on the Entitlement and Code Review Process a. Motion to note and file the update regarding the entitlement and code review process, and provide direction on additional elements to review and develop alternatives to improve
